Respected Sir,

Myself is Ravinesh Kumar and I have completed Graduation (B.Com) from Magadh University and completed three (3) years of Practical Training under the supervision of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.

Further, I would like to say that I'm looking for job desperately either Private or Government. I got this notice in the Hindi Newspaper and start writing my thoughts on Indian Railway.

Well I'm not going into History of Indian Railway because nothing will be come out from there which will fruitful for Indian Railway. Well as we all know, one of the biggest and largest Employer in India. According to my thoughts and ideas this employer should divided into two parts as below.

Ø Administration

Ø Management

Administration à It means the overall determination of policies, the setting of major objectives, the lying out of broad programs. Thus it's only a controlling Authority of management. Administrative decisions are influenced mainly by public opinion and other outside forces.

Management à It means essentially the executive function involving active direction of human efforts. The basis of management is direction and organizing. Managerial decisions are influenced mainly by objective and policies of the organization.

Thus, administration is the determining or thinking function while management is executing or doing function.

I don't know the idea I'm going to express here, from where it will be taken and what will be impact of such thoughts or idea, a little bid scaring because I can't afford plane ticket that's why I usually travel by Train.

Anyway, let's start with ticket. 1^st is Unreserved Tickets and 2^nd is Reserved Tickets. Due to lack of knowledge or awareness, passengers usually avoid to use of all new technology, so whenever any new device installed it will be need to have some instruction also of know-how. Just for example a new device either vending machine or any device for current position of reservation ticket installed on platform is needed to awareness among the passengers.

In my opinion, why people are waiting in a long queue for unreserved Tickets. I think a device should be installed on every platform specially for daily passengers.

Now, let's talk about reserved tickets there may be so many sources to get such tickets and may be tickets counters will be not so over crowded but what about information regarding accommodation for seat/birth. I think yet to do something and still this place is vacant.

I think Indian Railway should install some more devices as far as passengers facilities are concern. Some devices like accommodation availability and reservation status in different trains. Local passengers are those passengers who travel everyday and facing so many problems and facing standing in queue on ticket counter is one of them. I think Railway should consider on it and install such devices which is self operated or issue such electronic passes where no need to queue up on ticket counter or wastage on time. But before such installation a demonstration or awareness among the passenger is also needed.

Ok let's proceed with the ticket and information about train, Uff platform is very much crowding today and display board is also not working properly. Ok let's talk to clerk but oh how to manage. Bhai shahab jara sa please. Ok thanks, hello Sir, hello suniye. Magadh Express kitne No. platform se jayegi. Platform No. 1 ok thanks.

Thanks God train aa gayee, aaj late nahi hai. Where is S1 ok here it is; now seat No. 19 ok no problem. Please be seated. You yet to take yours seat and all venders start coming either its chaiwalla or newspaper hawkers, non other than boot polish, singers (garibon ki sunoge wo tumhari sunega, tum ek paisa doge wo 10,00,000 dega) and different types of selling products are also there, but not a single police walla will come for yours protection yet. Now, train starts running but before that one civil dress either TT or what but whenever you ask for I Card they never shows but start bargaining with without ticket passengers forcefully occupied the seat in sleeper class bogie. Now, its starts running train is full of passengers and without ticket and reservation tickets there is no difference here. Anyway TT uncle comes and starts charging fine and imposing penalty but he have no power to send such passengers in general bogie. This bogie have capacity of only 72 passengers but about 200 passengers are traveling in this bogie, some occupied seat on gate, bathroom and even joint between two bogies. Either, police walla or civil dress TT taken Rs.10 and allow them to travel as they are traveling. Chhor yaar kon enke muah lage apna pocket garam karo.

Anyway, leave such picture, and talk about Administration and Management.

During Patna to Delhi or Patna to Kolcutta Journey so many scraps where seen, why Railway can't auction every year. I think selling / auction of scrap will provide net and clean environment and more income for Railway. In my opinion Administration and Management should concentrate on following steps which may provide some more facility to passengers.

I got something which I would like to describe:-

Ø Clean and green environment.

Ø Problem solving ability by Management.

Ø Every new technology adopted by Administration.

Ø Providing such facility that can realise the money they are charging.

Ø Well trained officers and staffs.

Ø Information and facility providing either inside the train or out side the train.

Do you think such kind of Administration and Management we as a passenger can expect in Indian Railway with biggest and largest employer?

At last, I'm standing on ticket counter and nobody (passenger) infront of me but chair of booking clerk is vacant. I expect an accommodation with biggest and largest employer; do you think it's possible?

(Opinion)

Well, today opening a new Account in any Bank is a Herculean task and so many formalities needed to fulfill. I think there is need to some flexibility in Banking services. I think Banks have mainly three types of customers.

Ø Businessman

Ø Salary paid employees

Ø Students

The sources of their income and their establishment are no more discuss but lets find out their originating (to happen or appear for the first time in a particular place or situation) point.

Ø A businessman will register 1^st their company with Registrar of Companies then they will proceed further. The 2^nd point will be Income Tax Office.

Ø Salary paid Employee means either Private or Government Employer.

Ø Students means either he is getting stipend or pocket money from their parents.

Today there are so much investigation is needed by banks before opening a new accounts but if they follow something which is called flexibility I think deposits of any bank will not only increase but the fear of wrong personality will be overcome upto some extend.

With the help of originating point any bank will be safe and their business too.

Let's see how it will work,

Lets assume, I'm a student of Chartered Accountancy, Aeronautics and such professional courses where provision of stipend, I think it will be very much smooth process if my Institute provides printed application form to open new account in any bank to deposit my stipend. Similarly, if any businessman goes to ROC to register their company and get printed application form to open new account. I think now no more hiccups regarding militants open any Account successfully in Metro Cities.

I think every state have their own employment exchange in their state but if we talk about vacancy, it published in all over India. The procedure to filling up such vacancy is Conventional Manual System that's why I would like to introduce something new and smooth way to apply for any kind of Government job i.e. online Computerize system. In my opinion, by internet we can make employment exchange transparent, faster and students/candidates friendly.

Like all Indian rivers it will start flowing in a same way and then either shortage or surplus both can be distinguish by each other and then no need to beaten up by politician in Maharastra State.

I also like to urge to my younger brothers and sisters that only college degree is not sufficient to get the right job but you must have some extra and special Professional Qualification too. Either graduation or post graduation didn't attracts to job provider but to attract their attention you must have some kind of Qualification called Professional or such Qualification which is in demand.

After completions of yours college you need such a platform like debate in coaching classes or library where you can put yours best efforts. Debate means discovery, let me explain this word, as you know we can study hard at home and appear in the examinations conducted by government or private institutions and get a degree then why need to take admission in school or college? Because school / college or coaching classes provides a platform where we as a student not only guided by our teachers but use such platform something to get by books school / college friends and their environment.

Well my dream was to become a Chartered Accountants but it wash out yesterday now no time to do anything regarding this Professional Course. I thought may be if I made a good impression by this platform that helpful in getting any sources of income but unfortunately didn't come to the floor. Perhaps I fail to make good impression in the eyes of consultants or job provider.

I had applied on so many places and expecting that may be I get a JOB now, but I don't know what's wrong i did that only Insurance and marketing Sectors showing their Interest in my Resume. I would like to say thank you for yours kind interest in my Resume but I'm looking something else for which I can work smoothly and for which I have knowledge or skills. No knowledge about the work for marketing and insurance doesn't means that I'm incapable for such work but it means that I have no idea or no training for such kind of work.

Script writing for Cricket was such a feelings that I can't express in words, only one thing I would like to say that pata nahi kaise humse ye kaam ho gaya. Mujhe khud bishwas nahi hota ki maine kabhi Cricket ke liye koi script likha tha.

When I had started writing I thought that it may be some kind of examination or test of my capability but when it come to the floor I realises that life is not so easy but it's really hard to survive. It also come to in my mind that leaving for other places may be remedy for source of income but on the other hand I also realise that sending Resume to so many places not showing interest by them then how they will show interest if i meet them face to face. That's why I can't move anywhere. Life is so paralyzed that no idea comes to my mind. Samjh mein nahi atta kahan fans gaya yaar.

Medium of Searching Job:-

Ø Newspaper à when they had started publishing vacancy in Newspaper I thought may be my good time has been starting but at the same time bad luck that there are so many vacancy for so many places and so many posts but not a single post for Accountant, Accounts Assistants or Accounts Clerk. It seems vacancy in Accounting is like sweet dreams.

Ø Internet à Internet is my last platform to show each and everything truly. But ye bhi roott gaye lagta hai.

However, I was trying to built my own path with the help of so many people (by this platform to throw away needles from the way of my happiest life) but whenever I speak about job or any Source of Income all were keep quiet. That's why I need such a platform or Godfather who can fulfill my desires of Job or Source of Income. I think I deserve any job. What do you think about? That's why I'm saying in my Resume

Seeking a position to utilize my skills and abilities in Accounting that offers professional growth which allows to develop and improve my existing skills & acquire new competencies.

QUESTIONS:-

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DEAL AND NO DEAL

(An Opinion)

India is a largest democratic country in this world and it has great impression over rest of the democratic country. In my opinion India should become a Leader among rest of his democratic country, I think every Indian will be agree with my words that India should become Leader among rest of democratic country and only then America will never put such proposal or any kind of pressure. I think today's youth should consider on Leadership among rest of the democratic country. So if this deal gets success then losses we can imagine only right now.

Well as it come to my mind I would like to disclose my opinion on this platform, but before start my wordings I also like to give one example to explain or clear my words. Let me try please:-

Well dear there are so many TV serials running on TV Channels and my example is from there. Let's remember one serial based on "Lord Shiva", and also remember Bhasmasur a monster.

Such story always started either with any wish or a fight.

Happy Lord Shiva asks for a wish to Bhasmasur.

And Bhasmasur demanded nothing but wo jiske sar per hanth rakh de wo jal kar bhasam ho jaye.

One day Bhasmasur start thinking agar mai kisi ke bhi sar per hanth rah dun toh wo jaal kar bhasam ho jayega.

Eska matlab hua agar mai Lord Shiva ke sar per bhi hanth rah dun toh wo bhi ...........!

Fir toh humse bada koi bhi nahi hoga es duniya mein.....................!

Aur fir sabhi meri hin puja karenge.....................................................................................................!

Bhasamsur apne kaam ko anjaam dene ke liye Lord Shiva ke pichhe bhaga..........!

Bhasamsure ne jaise hin Lord Shiva ke sar per hanth rakhna chaha Shiva bhage apni jaan bacha kar....!

Aab Bhasmasur pichhe aur lord shiva aage ............................!

Anyway, in my opinion, this deal is just like Bhasmasur. If we permit to America it will also permission for here and there just like live telecast for whole world. Whatever we are doing nothing will be hidden and by this way privacy of this country will be demolish. Only this structure is visible. Now, let's consider about hidden and invisible structure.

American President who has promise to his citizen and his Nation that he will make a Super Power to America. But how he will make Super Power to America. There are two options 1^st either America get himself that much height / strong that nobody can reach to his height, or 2^nd option is pull down to other country that much below to the mark that they never reach to his height. America has selected 2^nd option. Means monitor all those things which make him Big BOSS in the world.

Meaning there by if our (India) benefit from this deal is 100 gram then losses are 1,00,000 tons. If the benefit is a mouse then losses will be more than elephant or rhinoceros.

However, now let's consider after 12 years when we will get benefited from such deal Just like I'm giving you tea and biscuits and you have to allow me everywhere in yours house. Now, before that have a look losses from this deal too. This is yours house and some outsiders whom you allowed to visit everywhere visiting here and there but what about yours privacy, ever you consider on it. A largest democratic country means a trust over rest of the democratic country too. After this deal may be rest of all democratic country will have no other remedy other than copy to India then? And then America will be naturally become a Super Power tomorrow and if America becomes Super Power then think about rest of the world. I'm not saying that after this particular deal America will become a Super Power Nation but I'm saying after such deal (so many deals) America will become a Super Power Nation. This deal is not a Ladder but Ground floor to 1^st floor in his destination. It's not only a ladder but a readymade floor. Deal or no deal it's always in the hand of our leaders and we citizens of India only shout for either against of the deal or in the favor of this deal. Nothing more than this (other than shouting) in ours hand.

I think it will be better to invite all political party on a platform under round table discussion. My opinion is neither against nor in the favor of any political party or political leaders. Let's see what our leaders decide because future of this country will be decided after decision taken by our Leaders.

A Psychology of Sheep :- In a research it has been observe that some sheep's were standing in a queue may be waiting for some order, the owner has ordered to pass through a tunnel but kept a table in the middle of the tunnel. It has been observe that some sheep's were passing by both sides of the table left and right sides, some sheep's were passing under the table but some sheep's were really jumping over the table. Now, observer has lifted up the table (to know lets see what happen) it has been observed that some sheep's were still jumping to pass the table on the place of table. Meaning there by why sheep's were still jumping on the place of table where table were already lifted?

Human Psychology: - It also happen that an over smart person gives call to know yours behavior and doesn't a matter you are disturbing by such calls but it's become part of his duty to give you such wrong number calls. May be you are waiting for some important calls but this over smart person have no meaning with you other than his duty. Let's assume, a student has applied somewhere for JOB and waiting for their reply suddenly their phone start ringing but its wrong number. Now, if such students are getting more than 25 calls everyday as wrong number then obviously he will scare to pick up the phone and by this way the most important calls will be automatically ignored by this student. Do you know the conclusion of such wrong number? Anyway such over smart person never realises that whatever they are doing is wrong because it's part of his duty. Leave that over smart person and you have to consider that situation when you get about 25 wrong numbers everyday right from 6:00am to 2:00 am in the night.

Anyway, Landline to Mobile and Analog Signal to Digital but some people still have old habit and may be make-up their mind that it's may be still possible. But dear call by mobile is really safe and not possible to make any wrong number unless you had saved that particular number in yours mobile. Another thing is such callers always makes call with full confident in a landline style jara some name ko phone dijiye aur jara some name ko bagal se bula dijiye. It was style of landline. Now, time has been change and technology has been changing very fast too. So, better you have to change yours calling style too. Now, whenever (next time) you give any call to yours well known person fell that others may be suffers by yours mistakes that's why please check yours dialed number once again, before calling.

However, SMS or short messaging service is such a service by which we can't disturb anyone Upto some extend. But excess are everything is bad that's why now no more irritation please.

Value added services: - I would like to request to all mobile service provider please give some more privilege to customers. Sometimes it happen that some services we as a customer subscribed but when we want to unsubscribe it, yours system says there is only way to subscribe but no way to unsubscribe. Why? Better you know but why customer should suffer. There is also a problem in SMS, service provider charged for undelivered message too. Why?

UNKE DEKHE SE JO AA JATI HAI RONAK CHEHRE PE

Today I'm going to disclose the reality of this yahoo messenger ID. Well dear those people who joined me online by this ID, asked me several times why you chatting on Female ID and I usually reply them either Behind Every Successful Man There Is A Woman or sometimes she is my GF yaar sometimes she is my sister yaar even she become (sometimes) my mother too. My reply was also depending upon the mentality of asking person.

However, I experienced by this ID that if there is any Female and from respected family she should not join ever in life to yahoo messenger. As I faced about 90% people purposes me online (as a Female) for their SEX CHAT. Don't be surprise he/she imagined me a Female. About 2 % people for marriage, 3% just hi, hello and bye. Only about 5% people joined me for serious chatting just give and take the information and chatting on current affairs and by the help of only this 5% I made this ILAND or Diary and whose address is à http://ravineshdiary.rediffiland.com.

Anyway, the reason was very simple to make such a Female ID that there is a proverb in Hindi loha hin lohe ko kat-ta hai being a male I was facing so much difficulty in life even taking the information from online friends too. After making such a Female ID nobody try to interrupt me but talking with manners and giving even so much respects too. Another reason was, well our society is not so blind but if any girl complains, everyone believes but when any men complains no one believes but sometimes its become shameless among the friends circle or become part of fun. Shameless because if you are men then how any girl can tease you its not possible, obviously you are telling lie. But for girls no need to speak even a single word, but she have to start falling only one drop of tears and rest (only) their tears will start working. Today I can say being a girl there are so many helping hands are available but for male a little bit tough. I remember those bachelor days. One day in the evening when I had only Rs.150 in my pocket I talk to my parents for the requirement of money and they told me they had sent the money 2 days back and next day was Sunday means all government departments closed. Now, question arises how to manage with Rs. 150. No habit of either lending money or borrowing money. At that particular night I purchased curd amount of 250 grams for Rs.15 and cooked roti and bhindi Ki bhujiya. I had all things at home which is called rashan pani but just Upto Monday. Anyway, now I had only Rs.135 in my pocket. I purchase 2 navy cut @ Rs. 2.50 each and now I had Rs.130 in my pocket. I got draft on Monday by speed post in the 2:00Pm afternoon. Now, no chance to deposit same day into bank because Monday market weakly closing day that's why bank were closed too, next day was Tuesday and bank were taking 3 days in the Clarence only if you deposited before 11:00 AM in the morning.

I didn't cooked food on Monday just taken only 2 Bread Pakoda @ Rs. 3 each and now I had Rs.122 in my pocket because again I purchased 2 navy cut cigarettes. In the dinner I didn't cooked food on Monday. Very next day On the Tuesday 1^st I deposited the bank Draft and start counting days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Now, Tuesday starting I have only Rs 117 in my pocket because I smoked two times and by this way I spend Rs. 5.00 again. I divided days into Rupees 117 / Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday about Rs.29.25 per day. I had taken one plate chhole vature @ Rs.10 per plate. Now; I had only Rs.19 for this very day. I had also taken 2 cup tea on that very day @ Rs. 2 per cup, now I had just Rs.15 for Tuesday and I didn't take dinner on Tuesday that's why this Rs.15 added in the next day and next day budget was Rs.15 + Rs.29 = Rs. 44

Now, Wednesday were starting with Rs 44 (cash in hand) for single day budget. Anyway I saved Rs.10 at the end of the day and now I had Rs 39 in my pocket for Thursday, again Bread pakoda with tea and cigarette. Now, I had Rs.5 overdraft expense on Thursday and now I had only Rs.14 for Friday Anyway my draft incashed on Friday and I cooked paneer ka Parratta in the evening wow delicious and yummy too

Well dear as I experienced Due to my short height I always underestimated by the people and if I discuss about my today's achievements with them no body will believe me and might be possible they will speak out are you mad or what, stop this rubbish. I fell that if I had any jack in my life I must on the top position today. Without source there is no force. Being a male, short height, without jack really tough.

However, before winding up this ID I would like to urge that I work hard and do some special kind of work and try to make everyone's life smooth. Well dear I'm male not Female, I'm a Graduate and It will be great pleasure for me if people know me as Ravinesh Kumar and not nikita_shharma ..........!

Today I disappointed to know that whatever I did for Indian cricket team are occupied the fame by some one else whom some years back everyone not looking by good eyes and even we compel from Indian cricket team coach. I had started when Indian team not qualified for world cup (championship) tournament. After so many opinion and right direction today Indian team standing where everyone taking as miracle but I really disappointed that this fame is occupied by someone else.

What I should say now?

Only one thing I will say at this moment this is not fair, i really disappointed that's why I would like to show all those opinions to the management please have a look once.

America and their Government scaring by only three things as follows:-

Ø Inflation

Ø Unemployment and last

Ø Worst Politics (Internal)

Rest neither they scare with China nor with Russia or India. So, as far as these three things are concern if any President of America fails to overcome on such issues then their country and their citizens always disgraced (to lose the respect of people, usually so that you lose a position of power) from the chair of President. That's why America and their Government always monitor such issues and keep it always in a Limit.

Well, whenever inflation goes high then unemployment is one of the basic reasons to accelerate it. Meaning there by if we or our Government really want to overcome on inflation (a general rise in the prices of services and goods in a particular country, resulting in a fall in the value of money; the rate at which this happens) issue then government should generate some employment.

However, Today I would like to invite some media people specially Print Media and FM Radio to launch a screening test among job seekers in all over India to know the talents in their specific field. Our motto should be establishing a communication between employer and unemployed people looking for job desperately. I also want to get something special knowledge about their subject and it should be based on:-

Ø General Knowledge

Ø Computer Awareness

Ø English Language

Print Media à Print Media should publish such an article or set such type of Question who can help not only in awareness among unemployed people but it should also a perfect solution of what do you know? I think print media can very much useful in this regard because of not only huge circulation but as we all know everyone reads newspaper (everyday) to know the NEWS and VIEWS. This media can also helpful in personality development test by their articles. I think once in a week will be sufficient for it and I would like emphasize my words that such assignment are only for those Newspaper whose circulation in a wide rage and reaches to maximum people. Only those newspaper needs to show their hands in this field. I bet yours circulation will be just getting double after such articles.

FM Radio à This media have to set such timing when our all Brothers or Sisters are free and timing should be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM everyday. In my opinion their motto should not only entertain to their listeners but it should also use for unemployed people just like NDTV Imagine Channel is doing a great job and their program is very much popular among such viewers whose ENGLISH Language is weak named Angreji Mein Kehte Hain.

Internet à In my opinion such web sites whose motto is to provide job to unemployed people, named www.nauri.com , www.jobstreet.com , www.shine.com , www.monster.com , www.jobsahead.com, www.timesjob.com . I think they can also set atleast 10 Question regarding screening test before Apply for job for any vacancy. I think it will be very much helpful for employer and unemployed people.

There was a time when JAVA programming language ousts by Indian people because we all were not prepare for E-Commerce online services. Now, I think time comes back once again when we will be need of it. E-Commerce will be back very soon with full swing but there is need of some more Infrastructures. At that particular time we were not fully prepared to accept such a thing but today we really need of it. Time is running very fast, so there is need of time saving, money saving and much more that's why Infrastructures should be strong for it.
